Claims (6)

1. Способ термической переработки изношенных шин, содержащий пиролиз измельченных шин при температуре 550-800°С в среде восстановительного газа с разделением продуктов пиролиза, при этом, по меньшей мере, часть восстановительного газа получают в генераторе восстановительных газов сжиганием газов, содержащих углеводороды, отличающийся тем, что в качестве упомянутой части используют газообразные продукты пиролиза с парами жидких углеводородов, а в качестве другой части используют подаваемые в реактор дымовые газы.
2. Способ термической переработки изношенных шин по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз проводят при суммарном соотношении восстановительного газа к материалу 0,8-1,1:1.
3. Способ термической переработки изношенных шин по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть дымовых газов в количестве к материалу 0,25-0,50:1 подают в реактор при температуре 120-180 С.
4. Установка термической переработки изношенных шин, содержащая реактор, систему отвода образующихся в реакторе газов, подключенный к реактору генератор восстановительного газа, систему подачи в реактор измельченных шин и приемное устройство для твердого остатка пиролиза, отличающаяся тем, что система отвода образующихся в реакторе газов подключена генератору восстановительных газов и тепловому агрегату, имеющему средство вывода дымовых газов, при этом средство вывода дымовых газов подключено к генератору восстановительных газов и реактору.
5. Установка термической переработки изношенных шин по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит систему выделения жидкотопливной фракции, смонтированную с возможностью подключения к системе отвода образующихся в реакторе газов.
6. Установка термической переработки изношенных шин по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит систему предварительного нагрева измельченных шин в упомянутой системе подачи, связанную со средством вывода дымовых газов.
