Claims (10)
1. Способ предотвращения загрязнения и коррозии, вызванной хлоридом аммония и сульфатами аммония, отличающийся тем, что вводят присадку, представляющую собой холин или его производное, причем производное холина имеет одну из следующих общих формул:
(CH3)3N+-CH2-CH2-O-,
(CH3)3N+-СН2-СН2-ОН-О-Н и
(CH3)3N+-CH2-CH2-OH-O-R,
в которой R является алкилом C1-C20.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что летучий компонент, который образуется под действием присадки, удаляется путем отпаривания или рециркуляции газа.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что летучий компонент, образовавшийся под действием присадки, подвергается рециркуляции с газовым потоком рециркулирующего водорода.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что присадку вводят при технологическом давлении между 2 кПа (0,02 бар(абс.)) и 20 МПа (200 бар(абс.)) и температуре между -10 и 250°С.
5. Способ по пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что количество вводимой присадки составляет между 1 и 5000 млн-1, в зависимости от количества присутствующих хлоридов или сульфатов.
6. Способ по пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что присадка вводится в виде раствора, содержащего от 1 до 65 вес.% присадки в растворителе.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что применяется раствор холина или его производной в спирте, простом эфире, ароматическом углеводороде или воде.
8. Применение производной холина в качестве присадки для предотвращения загрязнения и коррозии, вызванной хлоридом аммония и сульфатами аммония, в процессах переработки сырой нефти, в котором производная холина имеет одну из следующих общих формул:
(CH3)3N+-CH2-CH2-O-,
(CH3)3N+-CH2-CH2-OH-O-H и
(CH3)3N+-CH2-CH2-OH-O-R,
в которой R является алкилом C1-C20.
9. Применение производной холина по п.8, в котором присадка применяется в каталитическом риформинге, причем летучий компонент, образовавшийся под действием присадки, подвергается рециркуляции с газовым потоком рециркулирующего водорода и удаляется путем отпаривания или рециркуляции газа.
10. Применение производной холина по пп.8 и 9, в котором присадку вводят в углеводородный поток при технологическом давлении между 2 кПа (0,02 бар(абс.)) и 20 МПа (200 бар(абс.)) и температуре между -10 и 250°С.
