Claims (7)
1. Гидрированный нитрильный каучук, имеющий молекулярную массу (Mw) в пределах от 30,000 до 250,000, вязкость по Муни (ML 1+4 @ 100°С) в пределах от 3 до 50, и молекулярно-массовое распределение (или показатель полидисперсности) менее 2.5.
2. Гидрированный нитрильный каучук по п.1, в котором молекулярная масса (Mw) находится в пределах от 40,000 до 220,000.
3. Гидрированный нитрильный каучук по п.1, в котором показатель полидисперсности меньше 2.3.
4. Гидрированный нитрильный каучук по п.1, в котором каучук имеет вязкость по Муни (ML 1+4 @ 100°С) меньше 35.
5. Гидрированный нитрильный каучук по п.1, в котором каучук имеет вязкость по Муни (ML 1+4 @ 100°С) меньше, чем приблизительно 5.
6. Применение гидрированного нитрильного каучука по любому из пп.1-5 в производстве формованного изделия.
7. Применение по п.6, где формованным изделием является сальник, гибкий трубопровод, несущая прокладка, статор, герметик верхнего днища резервуара, пластинчатый клапан, оболочка кабеля, колесо, валик или затвор трубы.
