Claims (10)
1. Способ окисления аммиака путем пропускания смеси воздуха и аммиака над катализатором, содержащим по меньшей мере одно соединение кобальта, при повышенной температуре, где воздух пропускают через абсорбер, включающий носитель, несущий материал для абсорбции кислых газов, выбранный из окисляющего агента или оксида, гидроксида, карбоната или бикарбоната металлов групп 1, 2 или 14.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором носитель представляет слой из волокнистого материала, выбранного из группы, включающей хлопковые, стеклянные, полиамидные, полиэфирные или полиолефиновые волокна.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором носитель представляет собой соты из оксида алюминия, муллита или кордиерита.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором носитель представляет собой носитель в виде частиц, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид алюминия, углерод, алюмосиликаты, диоксид кремния, диоксид титана, оксид магния, диоксид циркония, диоксид церия и керамические материалы и их смеси в виде гранул, шариков, таблеток, или экструдатов.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, в котором металлом является натрий, калий, кальций, барий или свинец.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, в котором материалом абсорбента является перманганат калия.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, в котором катализатор включает оксиды кобальта и по меньшей мере один редкоземельный элемент.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором катализатор включает оксиды кобальта, церия и лантана.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором абсорбер включает носитель в виде частиц, несущий материал для абсорбции кислых газов, расположенный в виде слоя практически постоянной толщины между по меньшей мере одной парой размещенных на расстоянии друг от друга параллельных гофрированных перфорированных элементов, где гофры вытянуты практически вертикально и где указанные перфорированные элементы связаны непроницаемыми торцевыми элементами.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором перегородка помещена практически перпендикулярно потоку воздуха через абсорбер, идущий от торцевого элемента в указанный абсорбер.
