Claims (12)

1. Гранулы вспенивающегося полимера стирола с насыпным весом выше 600 г/л, содержащие 0,1-25 мас.% частиц графита или сажи, а также летучий вспенивающий агент, отличающиеся тем, что вспенивающим агентом является смесь из 2,2-6 мас.% пентана и 1-10 мас.% воды, все в пересчете на гранулы вспенивающегося полимера стирола.
2. Гранулы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что они имеют насыпной вес выше 650 г/л.
3. Гранулы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что они содержат 2,5-5,0 мас.% пентана и более чем 3-8 мас.% воды.
4. Гранулы по п.1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что они содержат 3,0-4,0 мас.% пентана и 3,5-6 мас.% воды.
5. Гранулы по одному из пп.1-4, отличающиеся тем, что они содержат 0,5-8 мас.% графита со средней величиной частиц 1-25 мкм.
6. Гранулы по одному из пп.1-4, отличающиеся тем, что они содержат 2-10 мас.% пламенной сажи с величиной частиц 80-120 нм.
7. Гранулы по одному из пп.1-6, отличающиеся тем, что их вязкость составляет в 75-100 мл/г.
8. Гранулы по одному из пп.1-7, отличающиеся тем, что они содержат 0,6-5 мас.%, в пересчете на полимер, органического соединения брома с содержанием брома ≥70 мас.% в качестве антипирена и 0,1-1,0 мас.% в пересчете на полимер органического соединения с неустойчивыми углерод-углеродными или кислород-кислородными связями в качестве синергиста антипирена.
9. Способ получения гранул вспенивающегося полимера стирола по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что стирол, необязательно совместно с мономерами в количестве до 20%, в пересчет на его вес, полимеризируют в водной суспензии в присутствии 0,1-25 мас.% частиц графита или сажи и 2,5-8 мас.% пентана, все в пересчете на мономеры, и после промывки подвергают сушке в течение менее 1 с воздушным потоком с температурой 50-100°С.
10. Способ получения гранул пенополимера стирола посредством вспенивания гранул по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что гранулы вспенивают на одной первой стадии до насыпного веса ниже 200 г/л и на других последующих стадиях окончательно вспенивают до насыпного веса ниже 50 г/л.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что на первой стадии гранулы вспенивают до насыпного веса менее 150 г/л и на второй или нескольких последующих стадиях окончательно вспенивают до насыпного веса 5-35 г/л.
12. Применение полученных по п.10 пеночастиц для получения пенопластов с плотностью 5-35 г/л, которые отвечают требованиям класса теплопроводности 035 (по промышленному стандарту Германии DIN 18164, часть 1).
