Claims (10)
1. Дисковый тормоз, в частности, для тяжелого дорожного транспортного средства, содержащий суппорт (1), расположенный вблизи по меньшей мере одного тормозного диска (2), установленного на оси колеса транспортного средства, причем в суппорте (1) расположены электрический двигатель (3), приводимый в действие в одном направлении вращения для применения торможения и в противоположном направлении для прекращения торможения, и соединенный с ним в рабочем положении по меньшей мере один упорный вал (11), причем по меньшей мере один упорный вал преобразует вращательное входное перемещение от электродвигателя в линейное выходное перемещение для передачи тормозной колодке (12), предназначенной для вхождения в тормозящее сцепление с по меньшей мере одним тормозным диском (2), отличающийся тем, что в рабочем положении между электрическим двигателем (3) и по меньшей мере одним упорным валом (11) расположено соединение (5), предотвращающее вращение его выходного вала (6) в направлении прекращения торможения, когда ток не подается на электродвигатель (3).
2. Дисковый тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединение (5) содержит механический запирающий механизм, блокированный от вращения в направлении прекращения торможения и разблокируемый при вращении электродвигателя (3) в направлении прекращения торможения.
3. Дисковый тормоз по п.2, отличающийся тем, что запирающий механизм выполнен с возможностью вращения выходного вала (6) соединения (5), соответствующего вращению электродвигателя (6).
4. Дисковый тормоз по п.3, отличающийся тем, что соединение (5) содержит электромагнит для освобождения выходного вала (6) соединения при включении электромагнита.
5. Дисковый тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединение (5) содержит электромагнит для запирания выходного вала (6) соединения при включении электромагнита.
6. Дисковый тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединение (5) содержит приводимый в действие пружиной запирающий механизм для блокирования выходного вала (6) соединения от вращения в направлении прекращения торможения и электромагнит для освобождения вала при включении электромагнита.
7. Дисковый тормоз по п.1, отличающийся тем, что редуктор (7), в рабочем положении установленный между соединением (5) и по меньшей мере одним упорным валом (11), является планетарным редуктором.
8. Дисковый тормоз по п.7, отличающийся тем, что выходной вал (8) редуктора (7) снабжен шестерней (9), взаимодействующей с входной шестерней (10) по меньшей мере одного упорного вала (11).
9. Дисковый тормоз по п.7, отличающийся тем, что электродвигатель (3), соединение (5) и редуктор (7) установлены соосно друг с другом.
10. Дисковый тормоз по п.9, отличающийся тем, что общая ось электродвигателя (3), соединения (5) и редуктора (7) расположена в плоскости, отличной от общей плоскости осей упорных валов (11), когда дисковый тормоз содержит два упорных вала.
