Claims (4)
1. Флюс на основе фтороалюмината щелочного металла, пригодный для нанесения в сухом состоянии (для "сухого флюсования"), отличающийся тем, что его суммарное объемное распределение частиц по крупности лежит в основном в пределах, ограниченных представленными на фиг.10 кривыми 1 и 2.
2. Флюс по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его суммарное объемное распределение частиц по крупности лежит в основном в пределах, ограниченных представленными на фиг.11 кривыми 1 и 2.
3. Флюс по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой флюс на основе фтороалюмината калия.
4. Способ пайки алюминия или алюминиевых сплавов с применением флюса по любому из пп.1-3, заключающийся в том, что указанный флюс в сухом состоянии и статически наэлектризованном состоянии наносят на соединяемые детали и эти детали соединяют пайкой при нагреве.
