Claims (4)
1. Узел вариатора, содержащий вариатор такого типа, в котором сцепление осуществляется путем качения по тороидальной поверхности качения, который имеет входные и выходные диски (78, 79, 4), ролики (12), расположенные между указанными дисками и функционирующие для передачи крутящего момента между ними, гидравлические поршни (20, 21), которые приводят в действие ролики, и средство (5) для создания гидравлической торцевой нагрузки, служащее для смещения дисков в сцепление с роликами, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен средством гидравлического управления, предназначенным для регулирования торцевой нагрузки, при этом средство гидравлического управления содержит источник (160, 162) жидкости под давлением, соединенный со средством для создания торцевой нагрузки через клапанное устройство (150), содержащее цилиндрический золотник (156), который подвергается воздействию противодействующих давлений в результате соответствующих соединений с гидравлическими поршнями и со средством для создания торцевой нагрузки, клапан служит для регулирования давления, приложенного к средству для создания торцевой нагрузки, под действием вышеуказанных давлений, действующих на его золотник.
2. Вариатор по п.1, в котором ролики управляются гидравлической схемой управления, содержащей две магистрали (37, 38), через которые противодействующие, независимо изменяемые давления прикладываются к поршням, приводящим в действие ролики, и в котором конструкция (45, 46) из обратных клапанов, которая обеспечивает выпуск жидкости с более высоким давлением, включена между двумя магистралями и служит для подачи жидкости с более высоким давлением из давлений в двух магистралях к цилиндрическому золотнику.
3. Вариатор по п.2, в котором поршни, приводящие в действие ролики, представляют собой поршни двойного действия, приводимые в действие давлениями из двух магистралей.
4. Вариатор по п.2, в котором поршни, приводящие в действие ролики, содержат противолежащие головки (20, 21) поршней, скользящие внутри отдельных коаксиальных цилиндрических крышек (23, 24), в каждую из которых рабочая жидкость подается из соответствующей одной из двух магистралей.
