Claims (1)

Способ лечения застарелых повреждений симфиза и крестцово-подвздошного сочленения, заключающийся в оперативной стабилизации симфиза и крестцово-подвздошного сочленения, отличающийся тем, что оперативное лечение разделяют на три этапа, когда на первом устраняют вертикальное смещение тазового полукольца и сближают лобковые кости в аппарате наружной фиксации с темпом не более 5 мм в сутки в течение 7±2 дней, на втором этапе, не снимая аппарата, выполняют стабилизацию крестцово-подвздошного сочленения путем костно-пластической операции, а через 14 суток осуществляют третий этап - костнопластическую стабилизацию симфиза, причем нагрузку(ходьбу) больным разрешают сразу после первого этапа и в последующем рекомендуют ношение кожаного тазового пояса в течение 1 года после снятия аппарата.A method of treating chronic injuries of the symphysis and sacroiliac joint, which consists in the operative stabilization of the symphysis and sacroiliac joint, characterized in that the surgical treatment is divided into three stages, when the first removes the vertical displacement of the pelvic half ring and brings together the pubic bones in the external fixation apparatus at a rate of not more than 5 mm per day for 7 ± 2 days, at the second stage, without removing the apparatus, stabilization of the sacroiliac joint by osteoplastic surgery is performed, and 14 days later, the third stage is performed - osteoplastic stabilization of the symphysis, and the patient is allowed to load (walk) immediately after the first stage and subsequently recommend wearing a leather pelvic girdle for 1 year after removing the device.
