Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and may be applied for treatment of patients with grave pelvic lesions, accompanied by vertical displacement of a coxal bone. Summary of the invention consists in that it is introduced a fixing device in the iliac crest, consisting of needles and a bearing rod. In the inferior third of the opposite femur it is additionally introduced a fixing device, composed of three needles with bearing bobbins, fixed into the Ilizarov's ring, which is joined with the help of conjunctive distraction knots with the fixing device of the iliac crest. Afterwards, it is carried out a gradual bringing down of the disjointed portion up to the horizontal adaptation to the second pelvis portion and then the lateral derivation of the opposite thigh up to the complete adaptation of the pelvic bones, which are fixed with conjunctive distraction knots.Claims: 1
