The utility model relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of external, internal walls, partitions, fences, basement walls for a cottage, multi-storey monolithic-frame, precast monolithic or prefabricated construction, construction of residential and public buildings. In particular, the claimed design is intended for the construction of durable, warm, soundproof walls of buildings with a front decorative surface of the facade.
State of the art
The prior art solutions that allow you to build structures with hollow walls. So known facing-building system disclosed in patent document RU 144780 U1, published on 08.27.2014. The well-known building system is a hollow structure filled with concrete, mortar or backfill with insulating materials with internal and external walls, between which there is a fixed distance. Moreover, the walls of the building system are made up of blocks with a cavity inside, while the blocks and walls are interconnected by clamps, clamps and / or nets, and / or individual rods of steel wire or other materials similar in properties are used for reinforcement, and in as a filler in the cavities of the construction, heat-insulating lightweight or cellular concrete was used, or backfilling with heat-insulating materials. The specified design is selected as the closest analogue of the claimed solution.
A disadvantage of the known construction is the use of clamps, grids and individual rods of steel wire as wall reinforcement. Due to the high thermal conductivity of steel, the use of these products leads to the loss of heat-shielding properties of the wall structure and the formation of so-called cold bridges. The presence of temperature bridges significantly reduces the effectiveness of thermal protection of the building. In addition, temperature bridges cause condensation in the reinforcement points, while the steel reinforcement elements will corrode, thereby reducing the structural strength and reliability of the enclosing structure. In addition, the disadvantage of the system is a significant number of multiple operations to connect and fasten the ends of each of the blocks with U-shaped, H-shaped clamps and clamps, which leads to the use of a large number of steel ties in the claimed design.
Task and technical result
The objective and technical result of the claimed utility model is to increase the reliability and heat-shielding properties of the building envelope while reducing the number of flexible connections between its elements.
Disclosure and essence of utility model
The problem is solved, and the required technical result when using the utility model is achieved by the fact that the enclosing structure is made in the form of a multilayer hollow enlarged element consisting of an outer and inner layer with a fixed distance between them and filled with structural and heat-insulating materials, the outer and inner layers being in turn, they consist of stacking modules formed by rigidly fixing in the factory hollow blocks with a voidness of at least 6 7%, while the outer and inner layers of the enlarged structural element are interconnected by composite flexible connections.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated in FIG. 1, which shows the following structural elements:
1 - укладочный модуль;1 - laying module;
2 - полость, заполненная бетоном или раствором;2 - a cavity filled with concrete or mortar;
3 - полость, заполненная теплоизоляционным материалом;3 - a cavity filled with insulating material;
4 - связи гибкие композитные полимерные;4 - flexible polymer composite bonds;
As follows from FIG. 1, the claimed enclosing structure is a multilayer hollow enlarged element, which consists of an outer and inner layer with a fixed distance between them. The outer and inner layers are formed from stacking modules 1. Laying modules 1 are hollow blocks rigidly mounted between each other. At the same time, hollow blocks have a voidness of at least 67%. Hollow blocks are rigidly interlocked in modules in the factory. In this case, the stacking modules 1 can consist of 2 or more rigidly mounted hollow blocks. These stacking modules 1 are mounted in a row and fastened together by composite clamps. Thus, the first row of the outer layer is formed. Then parallel to it at a fixed required distance lay a similar row of the inner layer of the building envelope. The inner parts of both layers are bonded together using composite flexible bonds (flexible bonds of a periodic profile made of a polymer composite). The next row of stacking modules 1 is installed on the previous row from above with dressing staggered. Composite flexible connections connecting the outer and inner layers of the building envelope are installed only at the places where the stacking modules are fastened together. Then, the voids of the outer and inner layers are filled, for example, with concrete or foam concrete, or polystyrene concrete or mortar in layers every meter along the height of the structure. At the same time, the cavity between the outer and inner layers can be poured with concrete or mortar, or filled up with insulating materials. Thus, the filling of voids is carried out using structural heat-insulating materials.
In this case, heat-insulating concrete, for example, polystyrene concrete, perlite concrete, or sioporbeton, or gypsum perlite concrete, or foam concrete, or aerated concrete, or cellular concrete or other concrete or mortars, can be used.
д.As a heat-insulating material, such powders as expanded clay, agloporite, perlite, vermiculite, polystyrene foam crumbs, etc. can be used.
The use of stacking modules according to the claimed solution allows to save assembly time, reduces labor costs, reduces the number of flexible connections used to fasten the blocks. At the same time, the use of composite polymer flexible connections allows to increase the heat-shielding properties of external fencing in comparison with the prototype due to the absence of heat loss.
Thus, due to the use of the claimed device of the enclosing structure, the required technical result is achieved, namely, the reliability of the enclosing structure and its heat-shielding properties are increased. At the same time, the number of flexible connections between its structural elements decreases.
