Abstract
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: the mixture comprises crystalline schists 87-93% and water 7-13%. Crystal shales are milled in a ball mill to a specific surface of 300 m / kg, placed in a mixer, where the shales are thoroughly mixed with water for 1-2 minutes. From the resulting mass by pressing at a specific pressure of 20 MPa, cylinder samples with a diameter and height of 70 mm are formed. The formed samples are dried at 100-110 ° C for 0.5 hours in an oven, after which the dried raw material is placed in a muffle furnace and fired at 700-1200 ° C for 2 hours. Characteristics: firing temperature 900-1100 ° amp ; deg; C, water absorption 4.2-14.3%, tensile strength under compression 9-49.6 MPa, water resistance 0.9-1.1. 1 tab. w yo
Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of wall products, including ceramic bricks.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of production by eliminating clay and simplifying technology.
20-30,The raw material for the manufacture of wall products is mining waste - crystalline schists of the Lebedinsky deposit, the average chemical composition of which is as follows, wt.%: 5X2 60.21; 15.36; TUa 0.63; Re20z2.84; FeO 5.79; CaO 1.17; MdO 3.76; K20 4.42; N320 0.37; S 1.24; p.p.p. 4.04. The mineralogical composition of crystalline schists is represented by the following minerals, wt.%: Quartz 30-45, biotite 20-30,
2.sericite up to 30, accessory minerals up to 10, including pyrite up to 2.
The astringent properties of the proposed mixture are ensured by polycondensation processes occurring at high temperatures between particles of ground crystalline schists, hydroxylated as a result of interaction with water. The presence of crystalline schists, zeolite-like structures with sodium and potassium ions, as well as mica, helps to intensify the processes of structure formation and monolithization of the mixture into a durable artificial stone, the strength and density of which increases with increasing firing temperature of products.

The formed samples are dried at 100-110 ° C for 0.5 h, after which they are placed in a muffle furnace and fired for 2 hours.
Tests are carried out according to GOST 8462-85 7025-78. The compositions of the raw mixes and the test results of the products made from them are given in the table.
From the data of the table it follows that the proposed raw mix is suitable for the manufacture of wall products, since the product indicators satisfy GOSTs, in particular 530-80, there is a reduction in price of products compared to the prototype due to the exclusion of clay.
Thus, the use of the proposed raw material mixture for the manufacture of wall products will simplify the technology of manufacturing products by eliminating the clay component and, as a result, reduce the cost of products, ensure resource saving and environmental protection by utilizing mining waste - crystalline shales.
