С целью повышени морозостойкости керамическа масса включает следующие компоненты, мас.%: лессовидный суглинок 65-89, угольна мелочь 1-5 и отходы гравитационного способа обогащени пегматитовых руд на основе SIO2 10-30. После дозировки компонентов в указанных соотношени х шихту измельчают в вальцах грубого помола, затем в вальцах тонкого помола и направл ют в глиномес, где увлажн ют гор чей водой при 30-35 С до влажности 18-20%. После прессовани кирпич сушат в туннельных сушилках .
