Description
(54) The CHARGE PREPARATION FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS of the sha particles of refractory oxides, involves them and melts, combines the grains of the components into a single monolith. The simultaneous introduction of bentonite and the presence of refractory clay in the mixture create special conditions in a ceramic shard when calcining the mullite phase, which, together with solidified melt, rich in alumina and silica, improves the structure of the shard: it increases its density, reduces frost, and absorbs frost, reduces frost, and absorbs frost, reduces the density of the shard; Name of raw materials

The mixture is prepared as follows.
24-25%.Clay, coarse fiberglass waste and bentonite are ground in a wet-grinding ball mill. Loading mills lead to 2 stages. At the T stage, coarse waste of fiberglass, bentonite and 10% clay from the mass of emaciated is loaded into the mill. Grinding is carried out at a humidity of 32-35%. In the 1G stage, the remaining amount of clay is loaded into the mill and water is added until the moisture content of the suspension is 40-45%. Grinding is carried out until the residue is on a sieve with a mesh No. 0063 (9428 holes / cm) GOST 3584-73 2-3% of the raw material. The suspension was dehydrated to a moisture content of 24-25%.
