Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de elaborare a feroaliajelor de tip FeAl si FeAlMn si consta în stabilirea unei tehnologii de elaborare în care ordinea de introducere a elementelor în cuptorul cu inductie cu creuzet difera de procedeele cunoscute pîna în prezent. Aceasta noua ordine de introducere a elementelor (Al+Fe+Mn) conduce la: economii importante de energie electrica utilizata la elaborarea feroaliajelor FeAl si FeAlMn; grad de asimilare ridicat si constant pentru aluminiu, ceea ce confera tehnologiei de elaborare a feroaliajelor reproductibilitate; obtinerea feroaliajelor FeAl si FeAlMn, cu compozitia chimica constanta si omogena si cu continut redus de sare.
