Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve steel-making efficiency as well as extremely reduce the amt. of slag used, improve iron yield, and increase the blending ratio of scrap by decarburization refining pig iron of low P, S and Si contents by oxygen blowing so as to perform steel-making.
