Abstract
Inventia se refera la realizarea unui otel criogenic Mn-Ni-Ti care sa poata fi exploatat în conditii de siguranta în domeniul temperaturilor de -200 degree C. Compozitia chimica a otelului este urmatoarea: C< =0,6%; Mn<=2,4%; Ni<=5,5%; Ti<=0,5%; Mo<=0,15% si Al<=0,2%. Daca se aplica acestui otel procedeul clasic de tratament termic (normalizare, calire, revenire) se obtin caracteristici mecanice identice cu ale unor oteluri, cu continut aproape dublu în nichel. Ca atare, se prevede aplicarea unui tratament diferit (normalizare, calire ciclica, revenire), obtinîndu-se o stabilitate mai mare a structurii la -200 degree C si proprietati mecanice superioare.
