Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati ai 1,2,4-tiadiazolului, cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) si fiecare din r1, r2, r3, r4, r7, r8 si r9 reprezinta hidrogen, hidroxi sau un radical de alchil cu ...12 atomi de carbon, care poate fi substituit cu halogen, un radical alcoxi sau alchiltio cu 1...8 atomi de carbon sau pot forma împreuna grupe alchiliden; R reprezinta diferite semnificatii. Procedeul consta în tratarea unui compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) cu un compus cu formula generala III: (vezi formula) reactia avand în loc în diclormetan, cloroform, eter etilic sau acetat de etil la temperatura de -20...0 degree C, urmata de oxidare cu brom, clor sau hipoclorit de sodiu în mediu de diclormetan, cloroform, N,N-dimetilformamida sau acetat de etilamina, piridina, dimetilamina, hidroxid sau carbonat de sodiu, la temperaturi cuprinse între -20 si 0 degree C.
