Abstract
Procedeul pentru prepararea antibioticului neurseothricin, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca microorganismul Streptomyces noursei "Zimet" 43716 se cultiva aerob într-un mediu de cultura ce contine surse asimilabile de carbon alese dintre amidon de porumb si glucoza sursa de azot alese dintre faina de soia aminoacizi si saruri aminice saruri minerale anorganice si /sau inhibitori ai circuitului respirator de tipul adizelor alcaline metalice de preferinta pirocatehina, si/sau inhibitiri ai transportului de aminoacizi de preferinta sarurile de zinc solubile în apa si sau inhibitori ai transportului de aminoacizi de preferinta sarurile de zinc solubile în apa si/sau beta-alamina sterilizarea se executa în prezenta ionilor de zinc, fier aluminiu sau mangan la pH 7,2.....8,8 iar în timpul fermentarii se asigura o alimentare cu fosfat la temperatura de 26......32 degree C de preferinta 28......30 degree C si o presiune partiala a oxigenului de 30.........80% de preferinta 50.....60% precum si un raport de carbon/azot de 5....10 unitati de glucoza pe litru mediu fata de 0,015.....0,200 g azot amoniacal dupa care antibioticul se izoleaza prin absorbtie se elueaza se concentreaza si se purifica prin metode cunoscute.
