Abstract
Conform inventiei, procedeul de obtinere a materiilor grase din fructele de catina alba, prin diluarea cu apa a pastei rezultate la prelucrarea fructelor în suc consta în aceea ca, în scopul extragerii totale a materiilor grase constituite, pasta dupa batere se dilueaza cu apa în raport de 1 : 2 pasta-apa, se aduce la temperatura de circa 40 degree C si se supune centrifugarii cu o turatie de 5000 rot/min timp de 10 min cand se separa materiile grase.
