Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de 4-chinolona cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care n este 1 sau 2, R este metil sau etil si R1 este hidrogen, metil, metiltio sau halogen constînd din aceea ca un compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care n si R1 au semnificatiile de mai sus, rectioneaza cu un agent de alchilare ales dintre dialchilsulfat cu formula (R)2SO4 si iodura de alchil cu formula R I, în care R are semnificatiile de mai sus în prezenta unui solvent ales dintre tetrahidrofuran apos 2-butanona si apa, la o temperatura cuprinsa între 0 degree C si temperatura de reflux.
