Abstract
Procedeul pentru executarea unei înfasurari în jurul suprafetei unei camere de cauciuc umflate, conform inventiei, este utilizat în confectionarea mingiilor de sport, pentru a obtine o înfasurare de consolidare din corzi, fire, torturi sau filamente din materiale sintetice sau naturale si consta în înfasurarea în jurul suprafetei camerei de cauciuc umflate a unor corzi, fire torturi sau filamente, care au fost realizate din materiale sintetice, ca, de exemplu, poliamide, în cea mai mare parte, si care au fost trecute înainte de înfasurare printr-o dispersie sau o solutie de acizi continînd materiale dispersate sau dizolvate cu proprietati adezive, înfasurarea de materiale sintetice fiind acoperita cu înca un strat analog, de aceasta data format din corzi, fie, torturi sau filamente din materiale naturale, ca de exemplu bumbac, fara a fi trecute înfasurarile prin solutia sau dispersia adeziva. Efectul imediat al acesteia succesiuni de faze poate fi constant prin aceea ca depunerea fixata de straturile individuale de corzi, fire, tortui sau filamente al înfasurarii, care au fost trecute prin dispersie sau solutie de materiale cu proprietati adezive, devine lipicioasa si capata aproape imediat pozitia lor locala finala pe camera de cauciuc umflata, fara a-si schimba pozitia în timpul oricarora din fazele de fabricatiei care urmeaza. Distributia precisa si regulata a înfasurarilor straturilor individuale formeaza o carcasa regulata a mingiei de joc si o consolidare rezilienta a camerei de cauciuc din interior, astfel.......
