Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten the durability, by introducing rubber in between filaments and integrating the rubber with the filaments.
CONSTITUTION: The number of filaments of first, second and thrid layers is set at 3, 9 and n. The number n is set as 12 to 14 from the center line 3C of the third layer in order to raise the degree of introduction of the rubber. Thereby, the contact between the filaments and the decrease in the durability are prevented. A wrapping wire r is considered as advantageous from a viwepoint of retention of stability of cords.
