Abstract

Procedeu de obtinere a aluminei cu densitate mare si cristalizare dirijata, caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul obtinerii unui material cu peste 99,3% Al2O3, maxim 0,20% Na2O, 3,96 g/cm3 densitate specifica, 3,70...3,80 g/cm3 densitate aparenta, 0...4% porozitate aparenta, 0...2% capacitate de adsorbtie si cu o structura tabulara, utilizeaza ca materie prima alumina hidratata rezultata din productia procedeului Bayer, cu 2...4% adaos mineraluzator de clorura ferica, clorura de aluminiu sau acid clorhidric concentrat, respectiv acid fluorhidric concentrat, calculate încît sa se obtina acelasi procent de sare în combinatie între ele si cantitatea de apa pentru prepararea solutiei nedepasind 8...10% materie prima astfel pregatita este api brichetata si calcinata la 1500...1600 degree C, cu palier 6h la temperatura maxima 0...10% pe sita de 40 niu dupa care materialul brichetat la presiunea specifica de 800...1000 daN/cm23, este supus tratametului termic de ardre finala la 1850...1950 degree C cu palier circa 6 h la temperatura maxima si în contunuare, produsul sinterizat astfel obtinut este concasat si granulat într-o compozitie granulometrica corespunzatoare fabricarii refractarelor speciale superluminoase.
