Abstract
Procedeul pentru prepararea de gaze care contin hidrogen si azot, adecvate, în special pentru sinteza amoniacului, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, folosind ca materii prime gaz natural sau titei virgin, acestea sînt supuse unei reactii de reformare cu abur, la un raport molar abur : carbon cuprins între 2 si 5 si efectuata în doua trepte, dispuse în serie, prima treapta de reformare cu abur avînd loc la o temperatura de intrare cuprinsa între 400 si 650 degree C si la o temperatura de iesire cuprinsa între 650 si 750 degree C, realizîndu-se o consversie de 20...50%, iar a doua treapta de reformare cu abur avînd loc la o temepartura de iesire a gazului cuprinsa între 750 si 850 degree C, realizîndu-se o conversie de pîna la 70%, dupa care este efectuata la o temperatura de iesire a gazului cuprinsa între 920 si 1050 degree C, caldura sensibila a afluentului gazos rezultat de la reformarea cu aer fiind utilizata în trepta a doua de reformare cu abur fiind efectuata în tevi umplute cu catalizator, amplasate în sectiea de radiatie a unui cuptor, iar a doua treapta de reformare cu abur fiind efectuata în tevi umplute cu catalizator ale unui reactor cu schimb de caldura.
