Abstract

Dispozitivul de fasonarea capetelor de tevi, în vederea formarii unui tronson subtiat de introducere în filiera si prindere necesar, de exemplu, la operatia de tragere sau refilare în vederea obtinerii tevilor cu diametru mai mic, cuprinde o filiera prin care trece capatul tevii pentru a forma tronsonul subtiat prevazuta cu un prin alzaj cilindric cu diamteru mai mic decîr diametrul tevii, continuat cu un alezaj cilindric, al carui diametru maxim este mai mare decît diametrul tevii. în filiera se afla cel putin trei corpuri de rulare dispuse în locasurile coresounzatoare, fiecare corp iesind cu o anumita marime în afara suprafetei, radial, din suprafata alezajului conic spre axa acestuia. Dispozitivul este prevpzut cu un subansamblu de manevra destinat sa deplaseze axial filiera fata de teava în scopul de a aduce capatul tevii în interiorul alezajului conic în contact cu corpurile de rostogolire apoi în alezajul cilindric.
