Abstract
Metoda de conducere a unei reactii catalitice exoterme, conform inventiei, este utilizata la reactia între materiile prime gazoase în contact cu un strat de catalizator solid format într-o zona de reactie cilindrica verticala si consta în trecerea materiilor prime gazoase în directie radiala prin stratul de catalizator în care sunt dispuse mai multe tuburi de racire la o temperatura de 800 degree C sau mai mica si o presiune de 500kgf/cm la puterea 2 sau mai mica într-un timp de reactie suficient pentru terminarea reactiei, tuburi prin care se trece un mediu de racire pentru a îndeparta caldura generata de reactie în stratul de catalizator obtinîndu-se prin aceasta o repartizare optima a temperaturii de-a lungul directiei radiale din stratul de catalizator. Vasul de reactie pentru reactie catalitica în faza gazoasa, conform inventiei este alcatuit dintr-o manta cilindrica, prevazuta cu orificii pentru materiile prime în stare gazoasa si un orificiu de intrare si iesire pentru mediul de racire, un recipient cilindric periferic pentru catalizator deschis la ambele capete ........
