Abstract
Prezenta inventie priveste un reactor de sinteza pentru executarea unor reactii chimice, catalitice, exoterme si continue, în care caldura de reactie este transformata în abur cu ajutorul unor tevi racitoare, concentrice care strabat stratul catalitic axial, iar circulatia gazelor printre tevi si prin catalizator se face radial. Tevile sunt prevazute cu mijloace de marire a suprafetei de schimb de caldura sub forma de aripioare. Prin aplicarea acestui reactor la sinteza metanolului, formaldehidei, metanizare, obtinerea alcoolilor superiori din gaz de sinteza, se pot realiza consumuri specifice energetice minime, o buna folosire a catalizatorilor si lungirea vietii acestora. La sinteza metanolului este posibila utilizarea unor gaze de sinteza cu rapoarte CO<sub>2</sub>/CO minime si concentratii de "CO" maxime.
