Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru recuperarea selectiva a plumbului din minereuri si concentrate plumboase, într-o celula electrolitica, prin contactarea minereului sau concentratului cu un electrolit continînd ioni de clorura si mentinerea electrodului la o temperatura care poate ajunge pîna la punctul de fierbere al electrolitului la un pH de pîna la 7, aplicîndu-se o densitate anodica de curent mica. în felul acesta, sulful prezent în materia prima trece în cea mai mare parte în forma elementara, plumbul se solubilizeaza, celelalte metale ramînand practic insolubile. Plumbul trecut în solutie se depune apoi, sub forma de pulbere, în compartimentul catodic.
