제1도는 장치의 도식적 설명이며 또한 유통도를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 전해조에서 아연 광석이나 농축물로부터 아연을 회수하는 공정으로서, 그 전해조는 음극을 포함한 음극 부분과 양극을 포함한 양극 부분이 있으며, 그 음극과 양극 부분은 그 사이에 이온 선택 피막으로 경계지어지며, 그 피막은 양극부분에서 음극 부분으로 이온화 구리가 이동하는 것을 막을 수 있는 특성이 있고, 그 공정은 양극부분에서 염화물 이온이나 구리이온을 내포하는 용액과 함께 광석이나 농축물의 슬러리가 형성됨을 포함하며, 산소를 포함한 기체가 그 슬러리와 밀접히 혼합되고, 그 혼합물은 실질적으로 대기압과 용액의 비등점까지의 온도로 유지되고, 혼합물의 pH지수가 1에서 4사이에 유지되고, 최종 용액은 아연이 풍부하고 혼합물의 적어도 한부분을 추출하여 거기서 최종 용액을 분리하고, 최종 용액과 아연 광석 혹은 농축물과 접촉하여 이온화 구리가 거기서 추출되고, 최종 용액을 음극 부분에 주입하여 전기 화학적으로 음극에서 아연을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리에 아연 광석이나 농축물과 구리 석출물을 주입하는 추가 단계를 포함하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 pH는 2.5에서 3.5인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액의 온도는 50℃에서 용액의 비등점까지인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액의 온도는 70℃에서 100℃까지인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액의 온도는 85℃에서부터 95℃까지인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액은 이온화 구리를 리터당 5 내지 25그램을 함유하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부차적으로 최종용액에 존재하는 모든 이온화 구리는 아연 광석이나 농축물과 접촉하여 석출되게 하는 수단.
- 제8항에 있어서, 아연 광석은 황화 아연광인 것.
- 제9항에 있어서, 황화 아연 광석은 황화 구리들을 추가로 포함하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소 이온들이 리터당 200 내지 300그램의 농도로 소금의 형태로 첨가시키는 수단.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
