Abstract
Procedimiento para recuperar zinc y dióxido de manganeso de un material que contiene compuestos de zinc y de manganeso, caracterizado porque comprende lixiviar el material para obtener una solución acuosa que contiene iones., manganeso y zinc; electrolizar la solución en una cuba electrolítica en condiciones que inhiben la formación de dióxido de manganeso y favorecen la deposición de zinc; electrolizar la solución en otra cuba electrolítica en condiciones que favorecen la formación de dióxido de manganeso; recuperar el zinc de la primera cuba electrolítica, y recuperar dióxido de manganeso de la otra cuba electrolítica.
