Abstract

Instalatia de purificare conform inventiei, are un operator magnetic, alcatuit dintr-un sistem rotativ de saibe, cu ax orizontal, comun cu axul unui recipient de filtrare în forma de segment de cilindru, care formeaza unitatea de filtrare prin gravitatie, recipientul de filtrare în forma de segment de cilindru, care formeaza unitatea de filtrare prin gravitatie, recipientul de filtrare fiind format de un spatiu între doua roti frontale rotative, în care este presata spre mantaua periferica a acestor roti o cale de filtrare derulîndu-se peste un suport de lant, sistemul de saibe fiind cufundat cu partea sa inferioara într-un rezervor prins în partea superioara a recipientului de filtrare, la nivelul suprafetelor frontale a saibelor fiind montati magneti permanenti, pe suprafetele frontale ale saibelor sunt repartizate raclete si extractoare, pentru transportul particulelor metalice aderente, care sunt trimise între valturi de strivire.
