Abstract

Amestec adeziv pentru îmbunatatirea aderentei amestecurilor vulcanizabile de cauciuc, natural si/sau sintetic, de insertiile sau suporturile de armare din materiale textile si sau tesaturi metalice, dupa aplicarea pe acestea a amestecurilor din cauciuc prin vulcanizare, continînd unul sau mai multe materiale de umplutura de întarire, un agent de vulcanizare (sulf), eventual un accelerator de vulcanizare si eventual unul sau mai multi compusi uzuali în tehnologia cauciucului din grupa de inhibitori de îmbîtrînire, materiale auxiliare de prelucrare, pigmenti, acid stearic, oxid de zinc si un component generator de rasina fenolica respectiv de rasina aminoplastica sintetica, ca, fenoli si/sau amine, pe de o parte si aldehide sau donori de aldehide, pe de alta parte, caracterizat prin aceea ca, drept material de umplutura de întarire (A) contine silice si/sau silicat, preparat pe cale sintetica, avînd o suprafata specifica dupa BET cuprinsa între circa 50 si circa 500m la puterea 2/g si o granulatie medie primara cuprinsa între circa 5 si 100 mm, si drept component generator de rasina sintetica (B) contine rezorcina si/sau hexametilentetramina, precum si tetrasulfura de bis-(3-etoxisilipropil) (C), organo-silanul (C) reprezentînd 3 pîna la 25% în greutate si componentii (B) si/sau (C) cel putin 50% în greutate fata de componentul A.
