Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor sisteme nanotransportor duale cu aplicaţie în tratamentul afecţiunilor inflamatorii. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele de: formare a unei faze lipidice conţinând un amestec de monostearat de gliceril:palmitat de cetil:ulei de luminiţa nopţii sau ulei de soia, într-un raport în greutate de 1:1:0,85, adăugarea în faza lipidică a unui extract de yam sălbatic (EYS), standardizat în 95% Diosgenina, care asigură un conţinut de 3,3...3,7% principiu bio-activ în sistemul transportor lipidic nanostructurat (NLC) dual, formarea unei faze apoase conţinând un amestec de surfactanţi de tip Tween20:Fosfatidilcolină:Poloxamer 188 într-un raport în greutate de 1:0,21:0,21, adăugarea în faza apoasă a unui extract de lemn dulce (ELD) standardizat în 10% Acid glicirizic,care asigură un conţinut de 3,7...13,2% principiu bio-activ în sistemul NLC dual (NLC-EYS-ELD), omogenizarea pre-emulsiei lipidice şi răcire sub agitare, la temperatura camerei, urmată de liofilizare la temperatura de -55°C, timp de 60 h, din care rezultă sisteme nanotransportor duale care asigură o eliberare susţinută şi constantă a celor două principii active precum şi o amplificare a activităţii antioxidante şi a efectului antiinflamator.
