Abstract
Derivaţi de cefalosporină, care au formula generală structurală I în care: Reste o grupă acil derivată dintr-u acid carboxilic; Reste un atom de hidrogen, o grupă hidroxi, alchil inferior -Q, cicloalchil, alcoxi inferior, alchenil inferior, cicloalchenil, alchil inferior, aralchil -Q, aril - Q, ariloxi, aralcoxi sau un inel heterociclic; alchinil inferior, aralchil, aril, ariloxi, aralcoxi şi inel heterociclic, fiind nesubstituiţi sau substituiţi cu o grupă selectată dintre, carboxi, amino, nitro, ciano, alchil inferior, alcoxi inferior; hidroxi, halogen, -CONRR, -N(R)COOR, RCO, ROCO-sau RCOO-, în care Reste un atom de hidrogen, o grupă alchil inferior sau cicloalchil; Reste un atom de hidrogen sau un radical alchil inferior; Reste unatom de hidrogen, o grupă alchil inferior, alchenil inferior sau o grupă de protecţie a acidului carboxilic; Q este -CO- sau -SO-; m este zero sau 1; n este 0; 1 sau 2, şi se utilizează ca antibio tice, procedee pentru prepararea acestora şi compoziţii farmaceutice care îi conţin.
