Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik, przeznaczony do tworzenia estetycznych polaczen w dowolnych konstrukcjach, zwlaszcza takich, w których wykorzystuje sie plyty poliweglanowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem z czola, odpowiadajacym polu przekroju poprzecznego, a fig. 2 widokiem aksonometrycznym ksztaltownika. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 is a frontal view, corresponding to the cross-sectional area, and Fig. 2 is an axonometric view of the section. According to the industrial design, the section consists of a first plate connected by a rib to a second plate parallel to it. From the surface of the first plate, lying on the side of the second plate, ribs extend parallel to its longitudinal edge, symmetrically on both sides of the rib. Three equally spaced trapezoidal grooves run through the surface of the second plate opposite the first plate, while rectangular grooves run parallel to each other on the surface of the second plate on the side of the first plate. Essential features of the industrial design A section according to the industrial design comprising a first plate connected by a rib to a second plate parallel thereto is characterized in that it has essential form features of the industrial design, according to which from the surface of the first plate, lying on the side of the second plate, ribs extend, running parallel to its longitudinal edge symmetrically on both sides of the rib, while three equally spaced trapezoidal grooves run through the surface of the second plate opposite the first plate, while rectangular grooves run parallel to each other on the surface of the second plate on the side of the first plate, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
