Oslona akumulatora Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona akumulatora. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu oslony akumulatora. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia widok perspektywiczny oslony, fig.2 oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3 oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.4 oslone w widoku z góry, fig.5 oslone w widoku z dolu, fig.6 oslone w widoku z jednego boku, fig.7 oslone w widoku z drugiego boku. Oslona akumulatora wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilowanej trzysegmentowej plyty, obejmujacej segment srodkowy oraz dwa segmenty narozne. Oslona w widoku z tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, przy czym segment srodkowy ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego a segmenty narozne maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezu prostokatnego. Przy dolnej krawedzi segmentu srodkowego oslony znajduje sie para wystepów z centralnym otworem majacym zarys zblizony do prostokata, powyzej których znajduje sie wklesle wytloczenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu z lukowatymi bokami.Od górnej krawedzi segmentu srodkowego oslony odchodzi wystep majacy postac profilowanej plyty o lukowatych bokach z umieszczonym centralnie wkleslym wytloczeniem, przy krawedziach którego znajduje sie para równolegle rozmieszczonych haczykowatych wystepów. Kazdy segment narozny ma w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, przy czym wzdluz jednej krawedzi umieszczone jest podluzne wklesle wytloczenie, którego przekrój poprzeczny ma ksztalt zblizony do pólokregu. W widoku z boku kazdy segment narozny ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych katach, z umieszczonym przy jednym z katów okraglym wkleslym wytloczeniem, w srodku którego znajduje sie otwór, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig. 6 PLBattery Cover The subject of the industrial design is a battery cover. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the battery cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the cover, Fig. 2 shows the cover from the front, Fig. 3 shows the cover from the rear, Fig. 4 shows the cover from the top, Fig. 5 shows the cover from the bottom, Fig. 6 shows the cover from one side, and Fig. 7 shows the cover from the other side. The battery cover, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: it is in the form of a profiled three-segment panel, comprising a central segment and two corner segments. The cover, viewed from the rear, has a shape similar to a rectangle, with the central segment being similar to an isosceles trapezoid and the corner segments being similar to a rectangular trapezoid. At the lower edge of the central cover segment, there is a pair of projections with a central opening having an outline similar to a rectangle, above which is a concave embossment similar to a trapezoid with arched sides. From the upper edge of the central cover segment, there is a projection in the form of a profiled plate with arched sides and a central concave embossment, at the edges of which there is a pair of parallel hook-like projections. In a top view, each corner segment has a shape similar to a rectangle, with a longitudinal concave embossment along one edge, the cross-section of which is similar to a semicircle. In a side view, each corner segment has a shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, with a circular concave embossment at one of the corners, in the center of which there is an opening, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
