Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector as shown in the drawings; the first variant of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector presents a generally rectangular housing with generally flat front and rear surfaces and curved corners; the front surface presents a large raised circular area with beveled sides and a central slightly recessed circular area; three smaller circular recessed areas overlap the outer edge of the large circular area; the front surface also presents three spaced-apart parallel recessed areas adjacent the lower right corner thereof;the rear surface presents a stepped area around the perimeter thereof and generally identical slightly raised oblong areas adjacent the upper corners of the rear surface, each oblong raised area having an elongated oblong slot merging in a larger circular recessed area in the outer surface thereof; the lower edge of the rear surface presents a pair of spaced-apart outwards and upwards bent generally identical tab-like members with flat outer surfaces and beveled side and top edges.The second variant of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector includes the wording FireAngel on the upper right hand corner of the front surface.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a left front perspective view the design of the first variant of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector;Fig. 2 is a left side perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right rear perspective view thereof from above;Fig. 4 is a further right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 8 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 9 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 10 is a left front perspective view of the second variant of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector;Fig. 11 is a left side perspective view thereof; andFig. 12 is a front elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
