Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania jego elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi oraz proporcji elementów w kazdej z odmian wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig. 1, jest widokiem slupa w kierunku prostopadlym do powierzchni tablicy ekspozycyjnej, fig. 2 jego widokiem z góry, natomiast fig. 3 jest szczególnym przypadkiem realizacji slupa, przedstawionym w widoku zgodnym z kierunkiem prostopadlym do powierzchni tablicy ekspozycyjnej, poza tym fig. 4 jest szczególnym przypadkiem realizacji slupa, przedstawionym w widoku zgodnym z kierunkiem prostopadlym do krawedzi styku tablic ekspozycyjnych, Slup wedlug wzoru przemyslowego tworza polaczone ze soba podstawa, cokól, czesc centralna z tablicami ekspozycyjnymi oraz zwienczenie. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its elements, and manifested in a unique shape, the arrangement of edge lines, and the proportions of elements in each design variation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the column perpendicular to the display board surface, Fig. 2 is a top view, and Fig. 3 is a special case of the column, shown in a view perpendicular to the display board surface. Furthermore, Fig. 4 is a special case of the column, shown in a view perpendicular to the edge where the display boards meet. The column according to the industrial design consists of a connected base, a plinth, a central section with display boards, and a finial. The plinth and the upper section of the finial are fragments of a rectangular cuboid. The central section is cuboid-shaped, with edges extending beyond the edges of the plinth. The rear surfaces of the rectangular display boards adjoin the side surfaces of the central section. The top and bottom edges of the display boards are positioned, respectively, between the bottom and top edges of the central section. The portions of the central section extending beyond the board form the plinth's finial in the lower section, while the portions of the upper section form the lower section of the column's finial. Viewed from above, the edges of the display board's front surfaces resemble a rectangle with rounded corners. The side surfaces of the central section are divided into sections differing in color, with the dividing lines running along arcs. The side surfaces of the upper section of the finial are divided into sections differing in color, with the dividing lines running along arcs. Significant features of an industrial design An advertising column, especially a rotating one, according to an industrial design comprising a base, a plinth, a central part with display boards and a finial connected to each other has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which the plinth and the upper part of the finial constitute fragments of a cuboid with a rectangular base, while the central part has the shape of a cuboid, the edges of which extend beyond the edges of the plinth, furthermore, the back surfaces of rectangular display boards are adjacent to the side surfaces of the central part, wherein the upper and lower edges of the display boards are located between the lower and upper edges of the central part, respectively, furthermore, the fragments of the central part extending beyond the boards in the lower part form the finial of the plinth, while in the upper part they form the lower part of the finial of the column, while in a top view, the edges of the front surfaces of the display boards reproduce a rectangle with rounded corners, wherein the side surfaces of the central part are divided into fragments differing in color, with the lines dividing such fragments running along arcs, furthermore, the side surfaces of the upper part of the finial are divided into fragments differing in color, are divided into fragments differing in color, with the lines dividing such fragments running along arcs, as shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
