Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik, przeznaczony do tworzenia estetycznych polaczen w dowolnych konstrukcjach, zwlaszcza takich, w których wykorzystuje sie plyty poliweglanowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 kopia fotografii ksztaltownika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Ksztaltownik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest zlozony z szeregu przylegajacych do siebie elementów w postaci plytek. W czesci srodkowej ksztaltownik ten zawiera scianke, laczaca dwie rozchodzace sie daszkowo plytki o wzajemnie równoleglych powierzchniach. Z powierzchni dolnej plytki górnej, po obu stronach scianki laczacej elementy ksztaltownika, wychodza dwa zgrubienia wieksze, których powierzchnie dolne sa równolegle wzgledem jej powierzchni górnej, ponadto w powierzchniach dolnych tej plytki, w niewielkich odleglosciach od jej krawedzi zewnetrznych, znajduja sie rowki wzdluzne. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The object of the industrial design is shown on the accompanying illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is its axonometric view, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the mold according to the industrial design. According to the industrial pattern, the shape is composed of a series of adjoining elements in the form of plates. In the central part, the profile comprises a wall connecting two radiating plates with mutually parallel surfaces. From the bottom surface of the upper plate, on both sides of the wall joining the elements of the profile, two larger beads emerge, the lower surfaces of which are parallel to its upper surface, moreover, in the lower surfaces of this plate, at short distances from its outer edges, there are longitudinal grooves. In the places where the wall is connected to the upper surface of the bottom plate there are smaller thickening. Important features of the industrial design The shape of the industrial design consists of a series of adjoining walls and has the form of essential features of an industrial design, according to which in the central part the profile contains a wall, connecting two radiating tiles with mutually parallel surfaces, in addition, from the lower surface of the upper plate, on both sides of the wall joining the profile elements, two larger beads emerge, the lower surfaces of which are parallel to its upper surface, moreover, in the lower surfaces of this tile, long distances from its outer edges, there are longitudinal grooves, moreover, in the places where the wall connects to the upper surface of the bottom plate, there are smaller thickenings, as shown in the accompanying illustration material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 1 Fig. 2 PL
