Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania sluzace do uruchamiania drzwi i furtek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac urzadzenia zdalnego sterowania przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania w widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 przedstawia urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 5 przedstawia urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu i boku. Urzadzenie zdalnego sterowania wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt plytki majacej zaokraglone i wypukle boczne scianki i zwezajacej sie ku przodowi, przy czym przednia boczna scianka jest zaokraglona. Na górnej powierzchni, przy zaokraglonej bocznej sciance i nasrodku jest zarysowany owal, a od przeciwleglego boku odchodzi zebro ulozone wzdluznie na srodku górnej scianki. Zebro sklada sie z zaokraglonych wypuklosci poprzedzielanych wglebieniami w srodku których sa umieszczone poprzeczne wypustki. Na dolnej powierzchni w poblizu zaokraglonego boku jest zarysowana zaokraglona linia z ulozonymi w kwadrat malymi okregami lezacymi symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi oraz przy zaokraglonym boku jest zarysowany poprzeczny owal. Boczne scianki sa przedzielone dwiema równoleglymi liniami, a naroza i krawedzie sa zaokraglone. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze urzadzenie ma ksztalt plytki majacej zaokraglone i wypukle boczne scianki i zwezajacej sie ku przodowi, przy czym przednia boczna scianka jest zaokraglona. Na górnej powierzchni, przy zaokraglonej bocznej sciance i na srodku jest zarysowany owal, a od przeciwleglego boku odchodzi zebro ulozone wzdluznie na srodku górnej scianki. Zebro sklada sie z zaokraglonych wypuklosci poprzedzielanych wglebieniami w srodku których sa umieszczone poprzeczne wypustki. Na dolnej powierzchni w poblizu zaokraglonego boku jest zarysowana zaokraglona linia z ulozonymi w kwadrat malymi okregami lezacymi symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi oraz przy zaokraglonym boku jest zarysowany poprzeczny owal. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the remote control device, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface arrangement. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the remote control device from above; Fig. 2 shows the remote control device from a side view; Fig. 3 shows the remote control device from below; Fig. 4 shows the remote control device in a perspective view from above and side; and Fig. 5 shows the remote control device in a perspective view from below and side. The remote control device according to the design is characterized by being plate-shaped with rounded and convex side walls and tapering towards the front, with the front side wall being rounded. On the upper surface, near the rounded side wall and center, an oval is outlined, and from the opposite side, a rib extends longitudinally in the center of the upper wall. The rib consists of rounded protrusions separated by recesses, in the center of which are transverse projections. On the lower surface, near the rounded side, a rounded line is outlined with small circles arranged in a square, lying symmetrically about the longitudinal axis, and a transverse oval is outlined near the rounded side. The side walls are divided by two parallel lines, and the corners and edges are rounded.
