Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik, przeznaczony do tworzenia estetycznych polaczen w dowolnych konstrukcjach, zwlaszcza takich, w których wykorzystuje sie plyty poliweglanowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 kopia fotografii ksztaltownika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Ksztaltownik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest zlozony z szeregu przyle- gajacych do siebie elementów w postaci plytek. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the profile based on the industrial design. The profile based on the industrial design is composed of a series of adjacent elements in the form of plates. The surfaces of the lower and upper plates are equal and mutually parallel, wherein the lower surface of the upper plate and the upper surface of the lower plate are connected by two longitudinal, equal and mutually parallel vertical plates forming a channel with a rectangular opening, wherein the channel is located centrally with respect to the upper plate and the lower plate.
