Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wlacznik elektryczny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wlacznika elektrycznego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: rysunek zbiorczy przedstawia wlacznik elektryczny oraz jego odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 1 - przedstawia wlacznik elektryczny, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z góry lub z dolu, fig. 4 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z jednego z boków fig. 5 - odmiane wlacznika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z góry lub z dolu, a fig. 8 - ten sam wlacznik w widoku z jednego z boków. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wlacznik elektryczny wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 8 sklada sie z plytki montazowej, z osadzonej na niej ramki oraz zprzycisku. Plytka montazowa i ramka maja ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym ramka jest zaopatrzona w srodkowy otwór w ksztalcie prostokata, z lekko wypuklymi na zewnatrz dwoma przeciwleglymi bokami. We wnetrzu otworu, przy jego dwóch wypuklych bokach, osadzona jest dekoracyjna wkladka. W otworze ramki jest osadzony przycisk w ksztalcie kwadratu, przy czym górna powierzchnia przycisku jest wypukla. Ramka jest wypukla w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do obydwu swych osi: poprzecznej i podluznej. The essence of the design is a new form of the electric switch, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing shows the electric switch and its variant in a perspective view; Fig. 1 shows the electric switch in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the same switch in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the same switch in a top or bottom view; Fig. 4 shows the same switch in a side view; Fig. 5 shows a variant of the switch in a perspective view; Fig. 6 shows the same switch in a front view; Fig. 7 shows the same switch in a top or bottom view; and Fig. 8 shows the same switch in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design. The electrical switch, as shown in Figures 1 to 8, consists of a mounting plate, a frame mounted on it, and a pushbutton. The mounting plate and frame are square-shaped, with the frame having a central rectangular opening, with two opposing sides slightly convex outward. A decorative insert is embedded within the opening, adjacent to its two convex sides. A square-shaped pushbutton is mounted in the frame opening, with the button's upper surface convex. The frame is convex in a plane perpendicular to both its transverse and longitudinal axes. The electric switch according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 is provided with a rectangular opening with two convex opposite sides and with a decorative insert embedded in it, located on the sides of the button, while the electric switch according to Fig. 5 to Fig. 8 is provided with a rectangular opening with two convex sides and with a decorative insert embedded in it - above and below the button.
