Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wzornictwie powierzchni, nadajac nodze nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co noga do mebli uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym noge w ujeciu schematycznym oraz zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacej noge do mebli w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wyrazaja sie tym, ze noga do mebli sklada sie z trzech kostek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu wykonanych z materialu nieprzezroczystego i dwóch przezroczystych lub pólprzezroczystych plytek, które u góry polaczone sa ze soba w jedna calosc. W kostkach na górnej powierzchni wykonane sa otwory do mocowania nogi w meblach. Polaczenie dwóch rodzajów materialów: przezroczystego lub pólprzezroczystego np. tworzywa sztucznego lub szkla z materialem nieprzezroczystym np. metal, tworzywo sztuczne, w szczególnosci aluminium stanowi oryginalny desing i nadaje lekkosci calej konstrukcji mebla, w którym jest zastosowany stanowiac jednoczesnie solidna podpore mebla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the leg, manifested in the shape and surface design, giving the leg a new and original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing the furniture leg with beneficial decorative and functional characteristics. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing showing a schematic representation of the leg and the attached photograph showing a general view of the furniture leg. The essential features of the industrial design are that the furniture leg consists of three cuboid-shaped cubes made of an opaque material and two transparent or translucent plates, which are joined together at the top to form a single unit. The cubes have holes on their upper surface for attaching the leg to the furniture. The leg is attached to the furniture and provides support, while also serving as a decorative element. The originality of the industrial design is emphasized by the shape and type of materials used in the construction of the furniture leg, which together create a unique effect. The combination of two types of materials: transparent or translucent, such as plastic or glass, with an opaque material, such as metal, plastic, and especially aluminum, creates an original design and adds lightness to the entire structure of the furniture in which it is used, while also providing solid support.
