Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga do mebli, która moze byc stosowana w meblach tapicerowanych takich jak: fotele, sofy, kanapy, wersalki, lózka oraz w meblach biurowych i kuchennych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wzornictwie powierzchni, nadajac nodze nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co noga do mebli uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 przedstawiajacych nogi w ujeciu schematycznym oraz zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 5-8 przedstawiajacych nogi w widoku ogólnym, na których fig. 1 i 5 przedstawia noge w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 i 6 noge w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 i 7 noge w drugiej odmianie, fig. 4 i 8 noge w czwartej odmianie. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego podkreslona jest przez ksztalt i rodzaj zastosowanych materialów w konstrukcji nogi meblowej, które w sumie tworza niepowtarzalny efekt. Polaczenie dwóch rodzajów materialów: przezroczystego lub pólprzezroczystego z materialem nieprzezroczystym, w szczególnosci aluminium stanowi oryginalny desingi nadaje lekkosci calej konstrukcji mebla, w którym jest zastosowany stanowiac jednoczesnie solidna podpore mebla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the leg, manifested in its shape and surface design, giving the leg a new and original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing the furniture leg with beneficial decorative and functional properties. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings Figs. 1-4, which show schematic views of the legs, and the attached photographs Figs. 5-8, which show a general view of the legs, in which Figs. 1 and 5 show the first version of the leg, Figs. 2 and 6 the second version of the leg, Figs. 3 and 7 the second version of the leg, and Figs. 4 and 8 the fourth version of the leg. The essential features of the industrial design are that the leg has the shape of a cylinder, the upper shaft and base of which are made of an opaque material, and the central part is transparent or translucent. The base is equal in outline to the surface of the cylindrical leg. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg in the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 5. The essential features of the industrial design constituting the second leg variation are a cylindrical form, the upper spindle and base of which are made of an opaque material, and the central part is transparent or translucent. The base is terminated with a cylindrical ring. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg in the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photograph Fig. 6. The essential features of the industrial design constituting the third leg variation are a cylindrical form, the upper spindle and base of which are made of an opaque material, and the central part is transparent or translucent. The base is terminated with a conical ring. A threaded screw is attached to the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3, and photograph, Fig. 7. The essential features of the industrial design constituting the fourth leg variant are a cylindrical shape, the upper spindle and base of which are made of an opaque material, while the middle section is transparent or translucent. The base is terminated with a semicircular ring. A threaded screw is attached to the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4, and photograph, Fig. 8. Light sources can be installed in the spindle in all four furniture leg variants. The leg is attached to the furniture and provides support, while also serving as a decorative element. The originality of the industrial design is emphasized by the shape and materials used in the construction of the furniture leg, which together create a unique effect. The combination of two types of materials: transparent or translucent with opaque material, particularly aluminum, constitutes an original design. It lends lightness to the entire structure of the furniture in which it is used, while simultaneously providing solid support for the furniture. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture leg according to the industrial design is cylindrical in shape, with the upper shaft and base made of opaque material, while the middle section is transparent or translucent. The base is equal in outline to the cylindrical surface of the leg. In the second variant, the industrial-design furniture leg is cylindrical in shape, with the upper spindle and base made of an opaque material, and the middle section is transparent or translucent. The base is topped with a cylindrical ring. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photograph Fig. 6. In the third variant, the industrial-design furniture leg is cylindrical in shape, with the upper spindle and base made of an opaque material, and the middle section is transparent or translucent.
