Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel, przeznaczony jako mebel do siedzenia i rekreacji. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem, barwa i wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape, color, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design, consisting of an armchair, is shown in the attached illustrative material, showing in Fig. 1 – a frontal-side view of the armchair comprising an outer monolithic outline of a semicircular ring with a contrasting surface color and, in the lower part, an inner filling of the semicircular ring, constituting the seat; in Fig. 2 – a frontal view of the armchair showing the outline of the flat side faces and the flat frontal surface of the seat; Fig. 3 - a rear oblique view of the armchair showing the monolithic outline of a semicircular ring constituting the rear surface of the armchair and the rear backrest; Fig. 4 - a top view of the armchair showing the outline of the rear surface with a semicircular outline, which also constitutes the backrest of the armchair and the internally filling surface, which also constitutes the surface for placing advertising. The industrial design armchair, shown in the attached illustration, has significant features, including an external, monolithic outline of a semicircular ring with a contrasting surface color and, in the lower part, an internal filling of the semicircular ring, constituting the seat, and the front, flat side surfaces and seat surfaces. The seat surface constitutes a surface for advertising. The armchair is made of a plastic material with appropriate strength and elasticity properties, as well as surface smoothness and texture. The armchair made of plastic has an aesthetic, textured surface, and the seat surface has the ability to resilient deformation and also constitutes an advertising surface.
