Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga do mebli, która moze byc stosowana w meblach tapicerowanych takich jak: fotele, sofy, kanapy, wersalki, lózka oraz w meblach biurowych i kuchennych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wzornictwie powierzchni, nadajac nodze nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co noga do mebli uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, Fig. 1-4 przedstawiajacym noge w ujeciu schematycznym oraz zalaczonej fotografii, Fig. 5-8 przedstawiajacej noge do mebli w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wyrazaja sie tym, ze noga ma ksztalt walca, którego górny trzpien i podstawka wykonane sa z materialu nieprzezroczystego, a srodkowa czesc jest przezroczysta lub pólprzezroczysta. Podstawka w obrysie jest równa powierzchni walcowej nogi. W górnym trzpieniu nogi zamocowana jest sruba z gwintem sluzaca do montazu nogi w meblu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i fotografii Fig. 5.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowiacego druga odmiane nogi jest postac majaca ksztalt walca, którego górny trzpien i podstawka wykonane sa z materialu nieprzezroczystego, a srodkowa czesc jest przezroczysta lub pólprzezroczysta. Podstawka zakonczona jest pierscieniem stozkowym. W górnym trzpieniu nogi zamocowana jest sruba z gwintem sluzaca do montazu nogi w meblu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 3 i fotografii Fig.7. Cechy istotne czwartej odmiany nogi jest postac majaca ksztalt walca, którego górny trzpien i podstawka wykonane sa z materialu nieprzezroczystego, a srodkowa czesc jest przezroczysta lub pólprzezroczysta. Podstawka zakonczona jest pierscieniem pólkolistym. W górnym trzpieniu nogi zamocowana jest sruba z gwintem sluzaca do montazu nogi w meblu, jako pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 4 i fotografii Fig. 8. We wszystkich czterech odmianach nóg do mebli w trzpieniu moga byc zainstalowane zródla swiatla. Noga jest mocowana do mebli i stanowi ich podparcie, bedac jednoczesnie elementem ozdobnym mebli. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego podkreslona jest przez ksztalt i rodzaj zastosowanych materialów w konstrukcji nogi meblowej, które w sumie tworza niepowtarzalny efekt. Polaczenie dwóch rodzajów materialów: przezroczystego lub pólprzezroczystego np. tworzywa sztucznego lub szkla z materialem nieprzezroczystym np. metal, tworzywo sztuczne, w szczególnosci aluminium stanowi oryginalny desing i nadaje lekkosci calej konstrukcjimebla, w którym jest zastosowany stanowiac jednoczesnie solidna podpore mebla.fig.1 fig.2 fig.3 fig.4fig. 5 fig. 6 fig.7 fig.8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture leg, which can be used in upholstered furniture such as armchairs, sofas, couches, sofa beds, beds, as well as office and kitchen furniture. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the leg, manifested in the shape and surface design, giving the leg a new and original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby providing the furniture leg with beneficial decorative and functional characteristics. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, Fig. 1-4, showing a schematic representation of the leg, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 5-8, showing a general view of the furniture leg. The essential features of the industrial design are that the leg is cylindrical in shape, with the upper pin and base made of an opaque material, and the central part is transparent or translucent. The base is flush with the cylindrical leg's surface. A threaded screw is attached to the upper pin of the leg for mounting the leg to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 5. The essential features of the industrial design constituting the second leg variation are cylindrical in shape, with the upper pin and base made of an opaque material, and the central part is transparent or translucent. The base is topped with a cylindrical ring. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg in the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photograph Fig. 6. The third leg variant is cylindrical in shape, with the upper spindle and base made of an opaque material, and the middle section is transparent or translucent. The base is topped with a conical ring. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg in the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and photograph Fig. 7. The fourth leg variant is cylindrical in shape, with the upper spindle and base made of an opaque material, and the middle section is transparent or translucent. The base is topped with a semicircular ring. A threaded screw is mounted in the upper leg spindle for mounting the leg to the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 4) and photograph (Fig. 8). All four furniture leg variants can accommodate light sources in the spindle. The leg is attached to the furniture and provides support, while also serving as a decorative element. The originality of the industrial design is emphasized by the shape and type of materials used in the construction of the furniture leg, which together create a unique effect. The combination of two types of materials: transparent or translucent, e.g., plastic or glass, with an opaque material, e.g., metal, plastic, especially aluminum, creates an original design and adds lightness to the entire structure of the furniture in which it is used, while also providing solid support for the furniture.
