Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stop niklowo-chromowo-zelazowy do wyrobu oporowych elementów grzejnych pracujacych w temperaturach powyzej 1100CC.Znane stopy niklowo-chromowo-zelazowe do wyrobu oporowych elementów grzejnych pracujacych w temperaturach powyzej 1100°C, skladaja sie w zasadzie z okolo 60% niklu, okolo 15% chromu i okolo 25% zelaza.Celem wynalazku jest zwiekszenie plastycznosci stopów niklowo-chromowo-zelazowych pracujacych w temperaturach powyzej 1100°C. Cel ten uzyskano przez obnizenie w stopie zawartosci niklu do okolo 50% i podwyzszenie zawartosci chromu prawie do 20%, z równoczesnym wprowadzeniem w sklad stopu krzemu w ilosci okolo 1% i obnizeniem zawartosci manganu ponizej 0,1%. Otrzymany w wyniku tych zmian stop daje sie przerabiac plastycznie nawet w stanie niepodgrzanym na tasmy lub druty stosowane jako oporowe elementy grzejne. Uzyskane wlasnosci plastyczne oraz konsystencja zendry sprzyjaja osiaganiu przez niego w warunkach eksploatacyjnych w temperaturach powyzej 1100°C, duzej zywotnosci.Stop wedlug wynalazku zawiera wagowo C do 0,08%, Cr od 17 do 20%, Ni od 49 do 51%, Si od 0,80 do 1,50%, Mn do 0,1%, Al do 0,20%, Zr do 0,1%, metali ziem rzadkich od 0,2 do 0,5%, reszta Fe i zanieczyszczenia.
