Szczotka do zebów Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szczotka do zebów majaca glowice ze szczecina i trzonek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki do zebów majacej glowice ze szczecina i trzonek, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke w widoku z góry, fig.2 szczotke w wi- doku z dolu, a fig.3 szczotke w widoku z boku. Szczotka do zebów, majaca glowice ze szczecina i trzonek stanowiacy rekojesc charakteryzuje sie tym, ze glowica ma ksztalt elipsy. Trzonek utworzony jest z dwóch czlonów, z których pierwszy wychodzi z glowicy i stopniowo rozszerzajac sie przechodzi w czlon drugi. Drugi czlon ma rów- nolegle boki i zakonczony jest pólkoliscie. Na górnej i dolnej powierzchni drugiego czlonu trzonka znajduja sie podluzne ozdobne nakladki, o bokach równoleglych do boków czlonu drugiego trzonka, zakonczone pólkoliscie. Nakladki, od strony glowicy, maja punktowe wystepy. Ponadto, kilka peczków szczeciny, od strony przeciwleglej do trzonka, ma kolor inny niz pozostale peczki. PLToothbrush The right to register a decorative pattern has been valid since 13 July 2000. The subject of the decorative pattern is a toothbrush with bristles and a handle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a toothbrush having a bristle head and a handle, in shape and color. The object of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the brush in a top view, fig. 2 the brush in a bottom view, and fig. 3 the brush in a side view. The toothbrush with a bristle head and a handle is characterized by an elliptical head. The handle is made of two members, the first of which extends from the head and gradually expanding into the second. The second segment has parallel sides and ends with a semicircle. On the upper and lower surface of the second part of the handle there are elongated decorative overlays with sides parallel to the sides of the second part of the handle, ending in semicircles. The overlays, on the head side, have point projections. Moreover, a few tufts of bristles on the side opposite to the handle are different in color to the rest of the tufts. PL

A toothbrush having a bristle head and a handle, characterized in that the head has the shape of an ellipse, and the handle is made of two parts, the first of which extends from the head and gradually expanding into the second on the sides of the parallel, ending semicircle, on the upper and lower surface of the second part there are elongated decorative overlays with sides parallel to the docks of the second stem part, on both sides ending semicircular, while the overlays on the head side have point protrusions, and in addition, a few of the bristle tufts on the side opposite to the shaft are of a different color than the rest of the bristle tufts, as shown in the attached figure 1 to
