Szczotka do wlosów Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 31 sierpnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szczotka do wlosów, przeznaczona glównie dla kobiet. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca szczotce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.1 - fig. 12, na których fig.1, fig.3, fig.5, fig.7, fig.9 i fig. 11 - przedstawiaja szczotke w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig.2, fig.4, fig.6, fig.8, fig. 10 i fig. 12 - ilustruja szczotke w zblizeniu.Szczotka do wlosów, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona w czesc robocza i polaczona z nia rekojesc. Czesc robocza jest uksztaltowana w formie walca z rozmieszczonymi równomiernie na obwodzie otworami, tworzacymi rzedy. Rzedy znajduja sie wzdluz calej dlugosci czesci roboczej. W otworach sa osadzone pedle wlosia rozchodzace sie promieniscie wokól czesci roboczej szczotki. Pedle w sasiadujacych ze soba rzedach sa rozmieszczone naprzemiennie. Rekojesc szczotki do wlosów, wedlug wzoru jest wydluzona, zakonczona szpicem i przypomina w swym ksztalcie ostroslup. Pomiedzy uksztaltowana w formie ostroslupa rekojescia a czescia robocza znajduje sie przewezenie o zarysie lukowym. Szczotka do wlosów, przedstawiona na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.l - fig.8, jest utworzona z pedli rozmieszczonych wokól jej czesci roboczej. Pedle sa osadzone w otworach, przy czym zaprezentowana szczotka wyróznia sie 16 otworami w rzedzie. Rzedy sa rozmieszczone wzdluz calej dlugosci czesci roboczej. Ilosc rzedów jest uzalezniona od srednicy czesci roboczej i moze wynosic od 10 do 20 rzedów. Szczotka do wlosów zilustrowana na fotografii, flg.9 i fig. 10 jest utworzona z pedli wlosia rozmieszczonych równomiernie wokól jej czesci roboczej. Pedle sa osadzone w otworach usytuowanych w rzedach, przy czym w kazdym rzedzie jest 15 otworów. Ilosc rzedów jest uzalezniona od srednicy czesci roboczej i wynosi od 10 do 20 rzedów. Szczotka, wedlug wzoru, zilustrowana na fotografiach, fig. 11 i fig. 12 posiada 8 rzedów pedli a w kazdym z rzedów znajduje sie 14 otworów, w których sa osadzone pedle wlosia. Wysokosc pedli wlosia moze byc zróznicowana pod wzgledem wysokosci. PLHairbrush The right to register a decorative pattern has been valid since August 31, 2000. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the brush a new, original look, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the decorative pattern is illustrated on the attached photographs, fig.1 - fig. 12, in which fig.1, fig.3, fig.5, fig.7, fig.9 and fig. 11 show the brush in a perspective view, while fig. Figs 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 illustrate the brush in close-up. The hairbrush, according to the decorative pattern, is equipped with a working part and a handle connected to it. The working part is shaped like a cylinder with holes evenly distributed around the circumference, creating rows. Rows are located along the entire length of the working part. In the holes are embedded bristle brushes radiating around the working part of the brush. The shoots in adjacent rows are arranged alternately. The handle of the hairbrush, according to the pattern, is elongated, ended with a point and resembles a pyramid in its shape. There is an arched groove between the handle, shaped in the form of a pyramid, and the working part. The hairbrush, shown in the accompanying photos, Fig. 1 - Fig. 8, is made of brushes arranged around its working part. The pedals are embedded in the holes, while the presented brush is distinguished by 16 holes in a row. Rows are arranged along the entire length of the working part. The number of rows depends on the diameter of the working part and can vary from 10 to 20 rows. The hairbrush illustrated in the photo flg.9 and fig. 10 is formed of bristles evenly distributed around the working part. The pedals are seated in holes situated in the rows with 15 holes in each row. The number of rows depends on the diameter of the working part and ranges from 10 to 20 rows. The brush, according to the pattern, illustrated in the photographs, Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 has 8 rows of pedals and each row has 14 holes in which the bristles are mounted.
